Merch Helper was born out of a simple observation: some of the businesses I admire were selling really cool merchandise, and I thought it was a fantastic way to engage with their customers. But then I noticed something else—many of my favorite places didn’t offer any merch at all. It felt like they were missing out on a great opportunity to not only boost their brand but also give their loyal customers a way to show their support.
That’s when I realized there was a gap I could fill. I recognized that while merchandising could be a great asset, not every business has the time, resources, or expertise to manage it effectively. That’s where Merch Helper comes in.
